Sugar Land is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Sugar Land follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The service is absolutely abysmal. I’m a driver, and I was delivering a return shipment—a situation where they are obligated to unload the cargo, regardless of whether or not it’s on a pallet. My delivery notes did not state that I was required to do the unloading myself. They simply refuse to do their jobs properly. Dealing with people like this isn't worth the trouble; they just waste your time, and it’s completely unfair that you end up having to do extra work—for free—because of their incompetence.

Friendly, helpful staff. It's the nicest location I have been to. You would think that they all display the same material, but I noticed that I saw tile displayed at the Sugar Land location that I did not see on display in Pearland. It was one of the reasons I went to Sugar Land. I didn't find many options that I liked, so I went to see if they had different ones. Sugar Land also seems to be bigger, which might explain having more. Their displayed inspiration section has more to look at as well. Sugar Land is now my preferred location to shop as I go through my renovation.

The manager here Neelson was absolutely rude and unprofessional. He was acting as we were buying the floors for free and was doing a us a favor by helping us assist during the checkout process. I don't expect a smile from the customer service always but at least be kind while assisting the customers, If you’re there only to give an attitude I suggest you just stay at home. Last time I came to the same floor decor and was assisted with Jamie and Lisa, I was about to give 5 stars reviews only for Jamie and Lisa who were very patient, and gave the best customer service on sales floor But Neelson however showed very bad customer service as a manager, and ruined our experience at Floor and Decor.
